Ingredients
- 600 gramos (sliced breast) chicken meat
- 300 gramos mushrooms
- 1 vegetable nut
- 15 gramos flour 00
- 100 gramos water
- 70 gramos white wine
- 30 gramos extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
How to cook the recipe
- Put the garlic in the jug: 5 sec. Velocidad 7.
- Add oil: 3 minutos, 100° Velocidad 1.
- Add the mushrooms and the nut: 10 minutos, 100° Velocidad 1 counterclockwise.
- Add the water, wine and flour.
- Place the Varoma with the meat inside: 15 minutos, Temperatura Varoma Velocidad 1 counterclockwise.
- Turn the meat into the Varoma and continue: 10 minutos, Temperatura Varoma Velocidad 1 counterclockwise.
- Place the meat and season with the thickened mushroom sauce in the jug.
