Ingredients

  • 600 gramos (sliced breast) chicken meat
  • 300 gramos mushrooms
  • 1 vegetable nut
  • 15 gramos flour 00
  • 100 gramos water
  • 70 gramos white wine
  • 30 gramos extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove

How to cook the recipe

  1. Put the garlic in the jug: 5 sec. Velocidad 7.
  2. Add oil: 3 minutos, 100° Velocidad 1.
  3. Add the mushrooms and the nut: 10 minutos, 100° Velocidad 1 counterclockwise.
  4. Add the water, wine and flour.
  5. Place the Varoma with the meat inside: 15 minutos, Temperatura Varoma Velocidad 1 counterclockwise.
  6. Turn the meat into the Varoma and continue: 10 minutos, Temperatura Varoma Velocidad 1 counterclockwise.
  7. Place the meat and season with the thickened mushroom sauce in the jug.
